Break through limiting beliefs!
September 26, 2011 7:15 am admin Leave a Comment
Today I'd like to share with you one of the most powerful...yet simple
strategies for improving performance in just about any area of your
life. This idea is so effective...it could literally change everything
for you!
The concept is to identify and break through self imposed limiting
beliefs.
I would like to remind you of a quote from the great
industrialist...Henry Ford
"Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you are
probably right."
I have a question for you...Could one of the keys to improved
performance be as simple as just expanding what we believe is possible?
How much do our beliefs really impact our performance?
To illustrate this concept I would like to remind you of the story of
Roger Bannister's story.

Pygmalion Effect
September 26, 2011 7:15 am admin Leave a Comment
I would like to discuss a strategy for improving the quality of your
life by enhancing your ability to influence and improve the performance
of others.
This influence is known as the Pygmalion effect. The basic concept is
the performance people you interact with is significantly affected by
your expectations of them.
Expect the worst from people...and you are more likely to get it.
Conversely if you expect the best from people....and you are also more
likely to get it.
Can your expectations of others really affect their performance?
Could it be that you are unconsciously helping (or hurting) others
simply by your expectations of them?

Sales Skills-
Sales Skills
In order to master your sales skills you have to practice and
internalize and then until they flow effectively on your subconscious.
Hello! Chris Clausen here from ultraresultscoach
In discussions, we have talked about the effectiveness of setting SMART
goals, and the incredible power of creating a "Dream list."
Today I would like to discuss why these strategies so effective.
Our brain is constantly bombarded by more information than we can
possibly process. Whether you know it or not your subconscious mind
filters information based on the instructions your conscious mind has
sent.
For example, you probably didn't notice the air going in and out of
your lungs....until I just mentioned it. While the information
regarding your rate of respiration was readily available, your brain
recognized that you did not need this data right now so it ignored it.

Sales Coaching and Setting "SMART" Goals
September 26, 2011 7:12 am admin Leave a Comment
Sales Coaching-
Sales Coaching
Sales coaching help improve your performance. Just about any program of
personal development I have ever encountered has stressed the
importance of setting goals, yet so many people overlook this simple,
but time-tested strategy. If you are looking for improved results in
just about any area of your life, if you need a sales coaching, a
simple, but effective strategy is to set "SMART" goals.
S pecific-For your goal to be most effective it should be specific. It
is one thing to say you would like a new car, it is quite another to
say your intention is to purchase a Silver 2009 Chrysler Aspen with
four wheel drive, a 4.7 liter engine, leather interior, heated seats
and 3^rd row seat so the vehicle will fit seven passengers. In fact,
the best way to activate all your senses is to find the car you are
looking for and take it for a test drive. You will not only see the car
up close and personal, but also when you sit behind the wheel, you will
feel what it is like to take this baby for a ride. You will experience
that "new car smell" which if you are anything like me, will turn you
on like a light bulb! You are going to leave the car dealership more
excited about your goal, which means you will be likely to take the
action required, which will increase (exponentially) the odds of
achieving your desired outcome

Professional Coaching and Dealing with Negative Nelly's

Professional Coaching-
Professional Coaching
What is Professional coaching? Professional coaching is a type of
coaching that usually involves working with partnership. Professional
coaching provides structure, guidance and support to set relevant and
realistic goals based on your own nature and needs. But what if your
with somebody who is what we called "Negative Nellys".
How do you deal with "Negative Nellys?"
Do you have one or two people in your life that are...shall we say
"less than optimistic." You know the type of person I am talking about.
The sky could be 95% clear, but they'll point out the one nasty cloud
passing overhead. If there are no clouds, they'll remind you of the
harmful effects of the sun's rays and the person they know who just
died of skin cancer. They are very often the same people who always
seem to find fault in others. They just seem to focus on that half of
the glass that is empty!
In a recent article we discussed how the beliefs, expectations and
attitudes of the people we spend time with have a powerful influence on
our behavior and performance. We discussed how

Performance Coaching:Inspired by Roger Bannister Story

Performance Coaching-
Performance Coaching
Performance coaching is coaching to improve an individual or team
performance.
I would like to start this article with a question for you. How much do
your beliefs affect your performance? Would modifying your beliefs
really change your behavior or performance?
Today I'd like to share with you one of the most powerful...yet simple
strategies for improving performance in just about any area of your
life. Performance coaching helps you to improve. Performance coaching
helps you build your skills. Performance coaching allows you to work at
your highest. This idea is so effective...it could literally change
everything for you!
Performance coaching also helps you to dramatically improve your
performance and reach your target. The concept of performance coaching
is to identify and break through self-imposed limiting beliefs.
You probably already know the answer, but to illustrate the power of
beliefs on performance I would like to remind you of Sir Roger
Bannister's story.
Roger Bannister was the first person to ever run a sub four-minute
mile. In all of recorded history no person had ever run a mile in under
four minutes. In fact, conventional wisdom at the

The Pygmalion Effect in Achieving Peak Performance

Peak Performance-
Peak Performance
Achieving peak performance needs two features self-motivation and goal
orientation. Today I would like to discuss with you a strategy for
improving the quality of your life by enhancing your ability to
influence and improve the performance of others. And let them reach
their own peak performance. Achieving peak performance needs a strong
commitment.
This influence is known as the Pygmalion effect and is very real. The
basic concept is the performance; people you interact with are
significantly affected by your expectations of them.
"The better expectation placed upon people the better they perform."
Expect the worst from people...and you are more likely to get it.

Could it be that you are unconsciously helping (or hurting) others

Online Life Coach Review

Online Life Coach-
Online Life Coach
As an online life coach and in this online coach program we have talked
about the relationship between beliefs and performance. I reminded you
of the story of Roger Bannister breaking the four minute mile 1954.
Never before had anyone run a mile in less than four minutes, but once
he did, dozens, then hundreds, and now literally thousands of runners
have run sub-four minute miles. We didn't all of a sudden get faster as
a species; runners just had a new empowering belief as to what they
were capable of.
We have discussed how our thoughts and expectations can influence
others through a well-studied and documented phenomenon known as the
Pygmalion effect. We can improve the performance of our children, our
friends, or even our co-workers just by expecting more from them.
Online Life Coach can help you improve performance.
We reviewed the Galatea effect, which says that people tend to create
self-fulfilling prophecies

Management Coaching and Build a Winning Team

Management Coaching-
Management Coaching
Management coaching creates a spirit of collaboration and allows open
communication. Management coaching also builds trust and respect in the
relationship.
In recent articles we talked about how much the people we associate
with, affect us. We were reminded of how their thoughts and opinions
influence our attitudes, our actions and therefore ultimately the
quality of our lives, through a well-documented phenomenon called the
Pygmalion Effect.
We also discussed the deleterious effects of the "Negative Nellies" in
our lives. You remember these people, the ones who seem to find fault
with just about everything and everyone. We talked about some
strategies for reducing the influence they have on us. This included
putting some distance between you and Negative Nelly. The "distance"
may be physical distance (don't spend as much time with them) or it may
be emotional distance (don't let them get to you). Be more committed to
being happy than they are to being miserable.
Knowing how much the people around us affect us, how do you attract and
surround yourself with the type of people who will support you and your
goals?

Life Coach Training on Physiology

Life Coaching Training-
Life Coaching Training
Later I will be discussing life coach training on Physiology.
Hello! Chris Clausen here from ultraresultcoach
Recently, we began a discussion of the types of patterns people tend to
habitually run over and over. We asked why some people tend to always
seem see the glass as half empty and others see it as half full. We
said that whatever we focus on we feel, and whatever we feel is real
(for us). Therefore if we could change what we focus on, we could
change how we feel in just about any situation.
Sounds great, but how do you break this pattern and change what you
habitually focus on? The answer lies in changing the type or quality of
question you ask yourself. Ask a better question, you'll get a better
answer.
Instead of asking a question like: "Why can't I seem to lose any
weight?"
You might want to try a question like: "How can I lose weight and enjoy
the process?"

Find other ZORGIUM pages using your favorite search engine:
Enter your search keyword(s) and the keyword "zorgium" into the search input field of
http://bing.com,
http://yahoo.com or
http://google.com.
Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
